Invitation for Presentation of Papers

 

The Scientific committee welcomes the submission of free paper abstract for oral or poster presentations.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee.

The committee reserves the right to allocate the category of each accepted abstract in the final scientific program.

Abstract Submission:

Abstract should be submitted to the secretariat by one of the following methods:

1. Mail on CD together with a complete abstract application Form.

2. E-mail to: info@mcg-eu.com

 

Deadline Dates:

Abstract submission: September 2007

Author notification: September15^th, 2007

Author Registration: October1^st, 2007

 

Guidelines for submission of abstracts:

 

1. The abstract should not exceed 250 words.

2. The Author’s Name/s should be typed in Title Case and followed by

The name and full address of the institution where the scientific work

Has undertaken. Underline the name of the presenting author.

3. The Title should be typed in CAPITALS and Bold. Do not underline

The title.

4. The content of the abstract should start without an indent and

Should include:

i. A sentence stating the aim of the study.

ii. A brief statement of the methods used.

iii. A summary of the results.

iv. A statement of the conclusion.

Speaker Rules

As we all aim for the conference to come with the utmost ease and satisfaction to both speakers and audience, we thankfully require from all speakers to make sure of the following:

1- All presentations should be prepared on Microsoft PowerPoint XP (PC version not Apple Mac) or later. You can present DICOM CDs that can run under Millentech, Toshiba or Philips DICOM Viewers ONLY.

2- Videos inserted inside the Presentation should be in the MPEG1 format and not MPEG2 or AVI, and should be placed in the same folder of your presentation.

3- Your presentation MUST be given to the Audiovisual Center at least one hour before the start of the session on a CD, DVD or USB.

4- If you have any technical problem please inform the audiovisual center as early as possible.

5- No personal laptops will be used inside the conference halls, so make sure to bring your presentation on a CD, DVD, USB Flash memory, or portable hard disk drive.

6- The following media are not accepted to present your data: Floppy disk drives, Zip drives, Blue tooth mobiles, Camera cards, VHS video tapes, transparencies or 35 mm conventional slides.

7. A digital timer control will be monitoring your presentation, so make sure you stick to the dedicated time for you.
